MY CV

Let me clear it up: I’m not a therapist, social worker, or psychologist. I do not make clinical diagnoses, nor do I treat serious mental health problems.

I am a certified Mental Health Coach, and I’ve supported people from all over the world since 2018. I’m trained to work with “sub-clinical” clients––such as those experiencing mild to moderate levels of depression and/or anxiety. I support folks going through normal (but difficult) things like relationship issues, grief, trauma, and personal/professional setbacks.

My vibe is inviting, warm, and curious. I care a lot about integrity and humility. My approach to life includes wit, willingness, and a touch of poeticism. These qualities make frequent appearances in my work with clients.

As an educator, I develop the curricula for Lyra Health's Mental Health Coaching Program, where I teach innovative, experiential trainings in evidence-based models of care derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I provide coaching case supervision and ICF-mentorship to other professional coaches. I’m on faculty at the Hakomi Somatic Coaching Program.

As a thought leader, I’ve designed and lead workshops for startups, VC firms, and global entities such as Salesforce and ImpactHub. I presented on the topic of Mental Health Coaching at Columbia University’s International Coaching Conference, at Sustainatopia, and on various podcasts. My writing can be found in Choice Magazine and HuffPost.

A former award-winning actor and arts educator, I hold an MFA in Theatre and live in Berkeley, CA.
