SOMATIC COACHING SESSIONS

In our sessions, we’ll partner to identify what may be getting in the way of what you want, craft fresh alternatives, then practice new actions to help you achieve fulfilling outcomes. This is achieved only partially through dialogue. We’ll also increase your attention to physical sensation, and engage in simple practices to synchronize your body, brain, and emotions. By leveraging your neurobiology, we’ll create lasting, foundational change. Throughout the coaching process, you may notice an increased capacity to:

  • Articulate what you care about, what you want, and what you want to change

  • Increase your ability to stay grounded in times of conflict or uncertainty

  • Listen to yourself more deeply

  • Become more present to others

  • Trust yourself and your instincts

  • Embody skillful leadership and presence
